When placing your order you will have an option to select a drop-off and pick up date. We will do our best to accommodate these requests. We can not, however, deliver on the same day a dumpster is ordered. If somehow this option is chosen, we will deliver on the next business day. Of course if for some reason we are not able to deliver on a requested date we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule or issue a full refund. Obviously, the farther in advance that you order the better. All of our dumpsters are scheduled as first come first served.

All dumpster rental prices include a rental of up to 10 days. If you need it picked up sooner than one week, give us a call and we will come to pick it up. If you need it for longer than two weeks, depending on availability you may be able to do so for an additional cost.

While placing your order, you may request extra time in the comments box on the order page. If the dumpster is available, you may keep the dumpster for longer than two weeks.

Unfortunately, the only way to know how much your debris weighs is by actually getting on a scale and weighing it. When we pick up your dumpster, your debris is discarded at an appropriate NJDEP approved facility. This facility will weigh our truck going in (gross weight), and weigh our truck going out (tare weight). The difference is the net weight which is the actual weight of the debris from your container. As a rule, a few items that are deceivingly heavy are concrete, dirt, and rocks. If you have a majority of this to dispose of you might be better putting this in a separate container with that material only. We may be able to recycle these types of debris at an appropriate NJDEP approved recycling facility.

Basically, we are not allowed to dispose of anything hazardous. This includes: hazardous waste, contaminated dirt, industrial waste, chemical products, oil filters, herbicides, pesticides, radioactive material, solvents, paint (except completely dried latex paint cans, no liquids), other flammable liquids, aerosol cans, propane tanks, motor oil, transmission oil/lubricating/hydraulic oil/ oil filters.contaminated oils (mixed with solvents, gasoline, etc.), antifreeze, petroleum contaminated soil/lead paint chips, batteries, fluorescent tubes, railroad ties, medical waste, asbestos, animals, barrels, all liquids. We can not accept any of these items. If any of these items are found in the dumpster, the dumpster will be returned for you to remove the prohibited items and a service charge of $150 will be applied.

We are a family owned, local company, located in Toms River NJ. We do not subcontract. We have our own trucks, equipment, and employees. This means we are not like national dumpster rental companies that need to charge higher rates for their commission. We have been in business since 1993 and realize that we do not have to try to make enough money to retire from each job. We have standard all-inclusive pricing that is almost always on sale.

Due to weight restrictions on our vehicles, we do not offer concrete only dumpsters.

The only dumpster sizes that we carry are 18 yard dumpsters. We do not have bigger and/or smaller dumpster sizes.

We only service the areas that are available to order through our website. We are located in Toms River (Ocean County). Delivering to counties such as Essex or Glouchester are simply too far.

We do not accept orders via telephone. All orders for dumpster service must be placed via our website. Our website includes a state of the art secure management system that allows us to operate as efficiently as possible. Most days the guy in the office is also the guy in the truck, and vice versa.

Other than the obvious reason for a credit card being declined, the most common is incorrect billing address zip code. Our secure server requires an exact match for billing street address and billing zip code. If either of these are incorrect it will result in the card being declined. If you received an error we did not receive your order and your credit card has not been charged. When successful, you will get a confirmation message as well as an email confirming your order and authorizing the charge.

No. For security reasons, we are not authorized to do so. If you have a balance when complete we will email you an invoice. We will also send a link so that you may pay via credit card if you so chose. Other forms of payment accepted are checks and cash.
